Kat and McKay were married in a late afternoon ceremony with about 150 guests in attendance. The groom's father, Patrick Johnson, officiated. Except for the crawfish, the food was provided ny McKay's family. Freddie Zinke, his grandfather, is a barbequer from Texas (they trailered their smoker all the way to BH&G) They flew in salmon from the northwest where the groom is from, and brought brisket from Texas. The groom's brother, Andrew Johnson, and groom's uncle, Adrian Sustaita assisted with the meat. The sides were done by the groom's mother and aunts. Newton "Red" Blanchard, boiled the crawfish.
