Boo Aust and Clayton Randle, Wedding Ceremony, March 7, 2009

Sydney "Boo" Aust and Clayton W. Randle were married in the gazebo in the garden of the Benachi House on Saturday evening, March 7, 2009. The Reverend Dr. Murray R. Wilton, a family friend from Huntsville, AL, officiated. The bride and groom make their home in Manhattan, where she works in fashion and he in real estate. They met through mutual friends. Both families have ties to the South. The bride's father, Dr. Gilbert M. Aust, graduated from Tulane University; and family on both sides share a fondness for New Orleans. The couple made a spectacular and restrained interpretation of the rear garden, by adding Chinese lanterns to the gazebo and several of our sabal palms, and by extending seating across the lawn for 250 guests. Candelarios added definition to the flower beds and walkways. Rachel Schwartz, a friend of the bride from New York, was the set director. Event Rental furnished the equipment, including a sound system and additional lighting. Emily Sullivan, one of our recommended planners coordinated. The New Orleans String Quartet provided music for the procession and ceremony. Hotard Coaches shuttled the guests from their French Quarter hotels to the ceremony, and then on to the Windsor Court for the reception.See all BH&G photos of the Aust-Randle Wedding Ceremony: http://picasaweb.google.com/jgderbes/AustRandle03082009# Congratulations to Boo and Clayton!

And the bride said:
Thank you again for everything. It was unbelievably wonderful and everyone went on and on about how beautiful your house is. Thank you!!

I appreciate it so much more than I can say in words.
