Lanitra Reed and Wade Henderson, Wedding Ceremony & Reception, July 4, 2009



Lanitra and Wade have chosen BH&G for their wedding and reception on Saturday, July 4, 2009. That date is the 10th anniversary of their first face-to-face meeting, which followed a "very unusual, brief encounter" a week earlier, during which they exchanged contact information.

Both bride and groom are natives of our city. Wade is a New Orleans Firefighter assigned to the Rescue Squad Unit. Lanitra is a Military Equal Opportunity Advisor in the LA Air National Guard, and serves as Executive Assistant to Orleans Parish Assessor Darren Mire

They plan a simple, but elegant wedding with very close family and friends in attendance. The couple chose the Benachi House and Gardens because of its beauty and convenient location.

Congratulations to Lanitra and Wade. We look forward to the 4th of July with special interest!
